Shoe is Awesome, Service not so much

"Highly recommend the product! Hope your customer service will be better than mine. Comfortable fit and function all around. I thought I found my new go to for footwear. Small issue arose with laces failing and the end unraveling a week after receiving them. Contacted customer service and soon realized they were rather unhelpful and indifferent. Wouldn’t send a new lace nor a set. Had to initiate a full return procedure, pay for return shipping, and await an inspection to determine if it’s under warranty. Thought if I bought direct that would provide better service. Didn’t think it needed to be so difficult. My error. Unfortunately it’s the last pair for me."

"I have been buying these for many years. They last way longer than any other brand (average 2yrs). I always replace them when the tread is about gone. T hey don't feel like work shoes and are very comfortable when broken in . I keep the old ones for house work. I have to order a full size smaller than I usually would. All in all great quality and price!"

I received my Terra shoes through my work program. I would like to replace my inner soles. Can I purchase an original pair through here or what kind do you recommend.
