For purchases made at a retail location, please return the product to the retailer from where it was originally purchased.

Unworn footwear purchased at can be returned for full credit within 30 days from the date of shipment. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period. A return label should be included in the box with your shipment. If you can't find your label, please call our customer service team at 1-833-568-9557 or by email at to have a return label emailed to you. The product must be returned in the original packaging and the packaging must be intact and able to be returned to stock in order to receive credit. We ask that you include your packing slip with a reason for the return.

Did you order the wrong color or size? For faster service, please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund.

Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed - credit will be issued at that time. Credits are applied to the original payment method upon receipt and verification of your return.

Please make note of your tracking number in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit. Terra is not responsible for any returned packages until received at our facility.
