Workwear Outfitters, LLC and its affiliates (“us,” “we,” “our,” or “Workwear”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors and users of our website, TerraFootwear.com. We own and operate the Site and the related services (collectively, the “Services”). We have developed this Privacy Policy to inform all users (“user(s),” “you,” or “your”) about how we collect information in the course of conducting our business, including on the Site, how we use the collected information, and a user’s rights with respect to the collected information. Please note, we may receive information about you from the brands and companies Workwear owns or controls (“subsidiaries”), including Bulwark®, Dickies®, Horace Small®, Kodiak®, Liberty®, Red Kap®, Terra®, Image Authority®, Walls®, and Workrite®. We may also provide information about you to these subsidiaries, and when we do, this Privacy Policy also describes how they collect, use, and share your information. 

We ask that you read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, then do not access or use the Site. By accessing and/or using the Services, or by otherwise providing us with personal information, you accept and agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is should be read together with our Terms of Use, which also apply to your use of the Site and Services. Your use of our Services and any Personal Information you provide through the Services are subject to this Privacy Policy at all times.

  • Your Choices. If you receive marketing email from us, you may unsubscribe. You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Information, but please note if you seek to withdraw consent we need to provide our services we may not be able to provide you those services.

Additionally, we collect Personal Information when you shop in our stores, communicate with our customer service representatives, attend our events, use our mobile applications, participate in our marketing efforts (including contests sweepstakes and virtual events), participate in our customer loyalty programs, or any other way you interact with us. We process IP addresses for the same purposes as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy. 

Personal Information and Technical Information are collectively referenced as “Information.” Information we collect about you may be aggregated with other users’ Information. It may also be combined with associated Personal Information that you provide to us or that we receive from third parties. If we combine or associate information from other sources with Personal Information that we collect through the Site, we will treat the combined Information as Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. 

We may also anonymize, aggregate or otherwise strip any Personal Information or other Information we collect of all personally identifying characteristics and may use or share that aggregated, anonymized data with third parties for any purpose we deem appropriate.

You may choose to allow us to access your location by granting the Site access to your location when prompted or through your device’s location services settings. We use this to better ensure our site displays the correct information based on your location. For example, we use Google Analytics, which is a web analytics service that provides statistics and basic analytical tools for website and search engine optimization. We use Google Analytics on our website to analyze how users use and arrive at the website. Google Analytics may collect information such as user location as inferred from IP address, the amount of time a visitor spends on our website, which pages are more frequently accessed, how the website is accessed (either directly, a search engine, or from a link), what sort of software is used (e.g. operating system, browser type, etc.), as well as demographics. We may identify you from your Personal Information and merge or co-mingle Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. Except as otherwise stated, we may use Information we collect from you for the legitimate business purpose of providing our Services to you, including, but not limited to:

We may, from time to time, invite you to participate in online surveys. 4. Information Security 

We take reasonable steps online and offline to safeguard the Personal Information that you provide to us, including: Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted connections (HTTPS) to the website(s) on our Services, secure multi-tiered firewalls, and portions of your data may also be encrypted on our storage server for additional security, physical controls, organizational controls, secure cloud-based environments and uses server authentication and industry-standard firewalls in an effort to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. We also require unique profile identifiers, usernames, and passwords that must be entered each time users access their account, or use of secure password credentials to an authorized third party portal. 

For transactions on our Site, we only work with credit card processors who maintain ongoing PCI compliance and adhere to stringent industry standards for storing, processing and transmitting credit card information online. 

Personal information may be accessed by persons within our organization, or the third parties described in this Privacy Policy, such as our third-party service providers, who require such access to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Personal Information we collect is managed from our offices in Nashville, TN, United States. 

It is common knowledge that transmission of information via the Internet is not wholly secure, and no security measures can provide absolute protection. We cannot guarantee or warrant the security of your Personal Information, or any other information, transmitted to or through our Site or Services or otherwise provided to us. It is your responsibility to safeguard any passwords, ID numbers, or other special access features associated with your use of the Service(s). Any transmission of information is at your own risk.

o Access to Personal Information. You may choose to access your Personal Information by contacting us and requesting access, this process shall include our identity verification procedures. Before providing data to you, we will ask for proof of identity and sufficient information about your interaction with us so that we can locate any relevant data. We may also charge you a fee for providing you with a copy of your data (except where this is not permissible under local law). Our head offices are located in the United States. Please be aware that your Information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where it will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws in the United States and Canada. These laws may be different from the privacy laws in your country. 

However, this does not change our commitments to safeguarding your privacy, and we will comply with all applicable laws relating to cross-border data disclosure of your Personal Information. 

Personal Information processed and stored in another country may be subject to disclosure or access requests by the governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies in that country according to its laws.
